gf-tb型中速涂布机

用途及特点：
　　本机主要用于高档电化铝和镀铝膜的涂布生产,是镀铝金银卡纸、烟包内衬纸（喷铝纸）载体膜涂布的主要设备。
　　本机是高速涂布生产线，具有自动化程度高，生产效率高，产品精度高等优点，是一台高速节能涂布机。
1.放卷、收卷均由气胀轴支撑料卷，更换快捷、撑力均匀、定心准确。
2.放卷架安装"双光电自动跟踪"纠偏装置。
3.放卷及收卷张力由各自的磁粉离合器独立控制。
4.涂布方式为网纹辊定量转移涂胶；气动式压胶辊；背压式刮刀，涂胶时由单独电机控制刮刀左右摆动；
5.网纹辊独立电机驱动，变频调速与主机一致.
6. 冷却钢辊表面镀硬铬，镜面加工，冷却方式为内部水循环冷却。
7.涂胶压辊及冷却牵引压辊采用气动加压，压力可调。
8.烘箱总长度10米，内部导辊为拱型排列。
9.烘箱内加热方式为电加热，分四段独立温控区，每段温度独立可调节。

fit range main functions:
the machine is mainly applied to producing anodized aluminum and film aluminum plated of top grade. it is the machine used for coating carrier film such as golden-silvery paper aluminum plated, cigarette packet backing paper(paper sprayed aluminum ) and etc.
the machine holds strong points of high speed, high automatization, high production efficiency, high precision and etc. it is a powerfrugal machine of high speed.
the unwinding e and rewinding e all adopts air-expansion shaft, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering.
the unwinding e adopts automatic dual-photoelectricity tracking rectification system to assure the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
the tension of the unwinding and rewinding e is controlled by magnetic powder respectively.
transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; pneumatic pressure rubber roller; pressure back pressure doctor, separate motor controls doctor’s horizontal movement .
mesh roller is driven by a separate motor, synchronous with the master motor by frequency conversion timing.
surface of cooling roller is hard chrome plated, mirror finish. cooling manner: inside water circulation cooling.
glue spreading rubber roller and cooling traction roller pressurize pneumatically, pressure adjustable.
the total length of the oven is 10m; bearing rollers are shaped in arch.
inside the oven, the heating method is electricity heating. the temperature is independently controllable in the four segments of the oven respectively.
