gf-tk高速涂布机 用途及特点：
本机主要用于高档电化铝和镀铝膜的涂布生产,是镀铝金银卡纸、烟包内衬纸（喷铝纸）载体膜涂布的主要设备。
本机是高速涂布生产线，具有自动化程度高，生产效率高，产品精度高等优点，是一台高速节能涂布机。
1.放卷、收卷均由气胀轴支撑料卷，更换快捷、撑力均匀、定心准确。
2.放卷架安装"双光电自动跟踪"纠偏装置。
3.放卷与收卷的张力各由一套自动张力控制系统独立控制。
4.涂布方式为网纹辊定量转移涂胶；气动式压胶辊；气动背压式刮刀，涂胶时由单独电机控制刮刀左右摆动。
5. 冷却钢辊表面镀硬铬，镜面加工，冷却方式为内部水循环冷却。
6.涂胶压辊及冷却牵引压辊采用气动加压，压力可调。
7.采用双变频调速技术，日本松下变频器，保证机器各部位运行同步。
8.气顶式烘箱，总长度10米，共分为四段，每段由独立的气缸控制其开合。烘箱内部导辊为拱型排列，烘箱侧面安装走道及防护栏。
9.烘箱分四段，每段温度可以独立控制。外置加热包电加热，由风机将热风吹入烘箱。
10.烘箱内胆为热风循环结构，内胆材料采用不锈钢，热风循环利用节约能源；烘箱入口处安装前置排风，可将初期挥发的溶剂排出，废气不参加二次循环，确保安全。
11.烘箱入口装有气动感应系统，自动控制烘箱段薄膜的张力。
12.收卷前安装e.p.c气敏纠偏系统。
13.整机所有铝导辊均采用进口高硬化铝合金导辊，并经动静平衡处理。 主要技术参数
